SV	Maar Eliezer, de zoon van Dodava, van Maresa, profeteerde tegen Josafat, zeggende: Omdat gij u met Ahazia vergezelschapt hebt, heeft de HEERE uw werken verscheurd. Alzo werden de schepen verbroken, dat zij niet konden naar Tharsis gaan.
WLC	וַיִּתְנַבֵּ֞א אֱלִיעֶ֤זֶר בֶּן־דֹּדָוָ֙הוּ֙ מִמָּ֣רֵשָׁ֔ה עַל־יְהֹושָׁפָ֖ט לֵאמֹ֑ר כְּהִֽתְחַבֶּרְךָ֣ עִם־אֲחַזְיָ֗הוּ פָּרַ֤ץ יְהוָה֙ אֶֽת־מַעֲשֶׂ֔יךָ וַיִּשָּׁבְר֣וּ אֳנִיֹּ֔ות וְלֹ֥א עָצְר֖וּ לָלֶ֥כֶת אֶל־תַּרְשִֽׁישׁ׃
Trans.	wayyiṯənabē’ ’ĕlî‘ezer ben-dōḏāwâû mimmārēšâ ‘al-yəhwōšāfāṭ lē’mōr kəhiṯəḥaberəḵā ‘im-’ăḥazəyâû pāraṣ JHWH ’eṯ-m^a‘ăśeyḵā wayyiššāḇərû ’ŏnîywōṯ wəlō’ ‘āṣərû lāleḵeṯ ’el-tarəšîš:

AC	לז ויתנבא אליעזר בן דדוהו ממרשה על יהושפט לאמר כהתחברך עם אחזיהו פרץ יהוה את מעשיך וישברו אניות ולא עצרו ללכת אל תרשיש
ASV	Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, Jehovah hath destroyed thy works. And the ships were broken, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.
BE	Then the word of Eliezer the prophet, the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah, came against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because you have let yourself be joined with Ahaziah, the Lord has sent destruction on your works. And the ships were broken and were not able to go to Tarshish.
Darby	And Eliezer the son of Dodavah, of Mareshah, prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, Jehovah has broken thy works. And the ships were broken, and could not go to Tarshish.
ELB05	Und Elieser, der Sohn Dodawas, von Marescha, weissagte wider Josaphat und sprach: Weil du dich mit Ahasja verbunden hast, hat Jehova dein Werk zerstört. Und die Schiffe wurden zertrümmert und vermochten nicht nach Tarsis zu fahren.
LSG	Alors Eliézer, fils de Dodava, de Maréscha, prophétisa contre Josaphat, et dit: Parce que tu t'es associé avec Achazia, l'Eternel détruit ton oeuvre. Et les navires furent brisés, et ne purent aller à Tarsis.
Sch	Aber Elieser, der Sohn Dodavahus von Marescha, weissagte wider Josaphat und sprach: Weil du dich mit Ahasia verbunden hast, so hat der HERR deine Werke zerrissen! Und die Schiffe scheiterten wirklich und konnten nicht nach Tarsis fahren.
